Scope of application
General-purpose buried scraper conveyor is a general-purpose model, which can be used in chemical industry, metallurgy, mining, machinery, light industry, electric power, transportation, food, grease and public facilities and other departments to transport dust, small particles and small block materials. Its application range is as follows.
(1) Material loose density: p = 0.2~1.8 t/m(MZ type recommend ρ<1.0). (2) Material temperature: t≤ 120 ℃.
(3) Moisture content of the material: Moisture content is related to the particle size and viscosity of the material. Generally, the material is not easy to loosen after being kneaded by hand.
(4) Material particle size: The particle size of the conveying material is related to its hardness.
(5) Examples of materials that can be transported: crushed coal, pulverized coal, crushed slag, fly ash, soot, carbon black, phosphate rock powder, ammonium bicarbonate, urea, ammonium chloride, soda powder, iron slag, plastic monomer, sexual solid pesticide, coke powder, limestone powder, chrome ore powder, dolomite powder, copper concentrate powder, alumina powder, iron oxide powder, sand, sintered quartz ore, cement, clay powder and clay.
