Composition of belt conveyor unloading trolley

In order to improve the problem of dust pollution in the unloading process, the belt conveyor unloading trolley can also be equipped with a dust removal system and a belt sealing device. The unloading trolley drops the materials into the three-way funnel by changing to the drum. Under the control of the electric flap, the materials can be dropped into the two side funnels or the middle blanking port respectively. The blanking to the middle blanking port is mainly used for adjusting the position of the unloading trolley and feeding to the tail bin.
Advantages and disadvantages of belt conveyor unloading trolley
Its advantage is to adapt to the working conditions of high belt speed and large processing capacity, and will not damage the belt. The disadvantage is that the upper drum must be lifted to a certain height for unloading. Therefore, the unloading trolley is huge and complicated, with a long body and a concave arc hanging section, resulting in at least 10m of the feeding guide chute that cannot be unloaded, which will limit the equipment layout. Plant height length increases, investment also increased. At the same time, when the belt moves, the phenomenon of material scattering will occur.
The unloading trolley is applied to the horizontally arranged belt conveyor for unloading. The applicable belt speed is ≤ 3.15 m/s. Under the same rated conveying capacity, the mobile trolley can choose a lower bandwidth, which can reduce the operating cost.
